As some of you cutting-edge types may be aware of, Firefox released version 7 to it's beta channel last night. So I thought I'd run a couple benchmarks to see how it stacks up.
This is the same as FF6, so no improvement there.
This is a 7 ms improvement over FF6, and a full 24 ms faster than the latest Chrome release.
The biggest improvement to this version is supposed to be in the memory department. Firefox has been known for its infamous memory leakage problems. After leaving the newest beta open for 6 hours, there doesn't seem to be any change in Mem Usage, according to my Task Manager.
